1. Make Auto-adjust or manual-adjust

2. Check Voltage of every working point (main chip damaged is possible)

3. Check Phase-locked loop, resistor and capacitor whether the values are wrong

4.Check whether there is Short Circuit, Rosin joint or wrong value for resistor and capacitor on the circuit from line-field input to phase-inverter output to Chip
